PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience, Satin Whispers accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal payments. Should you prefer to settle your order with a cheque or postal money order, please forward your order and details via email to info@satinwhispers.com.

Orders made via "Cheque / Money Order" payment option will be dispatched upon clearance of funds (usually 3 - 5 working days for bank clearance of funds).

This is the industry standard and is the most widely used security available today for secure e-commerce transactions. 128-bit encryption represents a very strong method of encryption for the present and foreseeable future.

PROCESSING & SPECIAL DISPATCH

Orders are processed each day and are shipped within 2 business days. However, due to the high demand for some of our products, if an item is on back order it may delay your order by a couple of weeks. If for some reason a problem should arise with your order, and it cannot be filled, you will be notified immediately. You will receive (via email) shipping confirmation of your order, once your goods have been shipped.
